Life and evolution is the dynamics of energy in which there is gradual unfoldment of energy and intelligence. Intelligence opens packets of energy which further opens up the doors of higher perceptions.

In order that this dynamics of energy and intelligence be accelerated, you have to understand the seat for both of this, and it is the original mind which is without conditioning. The cultivation of original mind happens differently for different seeker but closer you act in the original mind, greater will be release of energy. The quality of energy is a result of level of intelligence. The flow in life comes close to the idea of original mind. If you can establish flow in your life and affairs, closer you can act with original mind. Flow comes with ease, looseness and natural attitudes towards affairs of life. These enables a seeker not to entangle in the artificial reality created by borrowed mind structure but to use the mental structures loosely to facilitate once living. Seek to be natural and loose and you will discover abundant flow in life. Choose to be extremely flexible like water and you will experience the glimpses of original mind. Original mind is like water which moves in the available space.

The greatest thing about energy to understand is its generation, cultivation, stabilization and conservation. Evolution happens progressively by the stabilization of energy at different levels and it needs vigilance, care and patience on the part of the seeker. What you should seek is intelligence of original mind, energy is released the contacts with consciousness. The contact with the soul is established for different reason, it may sometime be through suffering, through profound love and compassion or through complete hopelessness abandoning the future and establishing oneself in now.

One of the greatest releases of energy is phenomenon of sex but not the normal, ordinary sex but the conscious sex without the release of siemens or the importance of the controlled female orgasm which happens between the partner having similar aspirations. Practice - "SEXUAL CONTINENCE"? It is described simply by means of the injunction to make love "without emitting semen", or by the recommendation that one should fix, hold, contain, stop, or stabilize one's semen, or by speaking about sex as being timeless or endless. The same energy then could be transmuted into creating higher level of perception and intelligence. Most of the people are unaware of how much vital energies they loose through unconscious emitting of semen. The greatest conservation happens when this energy is dissolved back into body and guided up through the charkas.

Your success is directly related to the skill of generation of energy, skills of stabilizing energy, and skills of guiding energy. Some people hopelessly loose energy in diversified interest without depth and consistency. If you have control over your energies including sexual energy, you are in the driver's seat, otherwise no matter what you say, things would not reconcile due to absence of coherent will and energy within you.

Abundant life is noting but the dance of an intelligence and energy.
